Emily’s 10th Birthday Party!
It was such a fabulous Saturday afternoon to spend celebrating in the festivities of Emily’s birthday! I think there were about 20 girls at her party and it was so much fun. From sidewalk chalk to a neighborhood scavenger hunt, I had my work cut out for me chasing them around! Renee’s Entertainment was there doing some awesome balloon animals, hats, balls and more. All of the gifts the girls brought were backpack items for Project Hope. It was such a fun party and I hope Emily had a blast with her friends! Kudos to mom for putting on such a great day.

Josi and I had such a fabulous time climbing around the ruins of Allegan this past weekend. We found all sorts of treasures!:) She’s such a fun girl, full of personality and spunk.
Help Portrait + Project Connect
Such an amazingly fabulous day yesterday helping with project connect at the Kalamazoo Fairgrounds and Expo Center. There were over 40 free services provided to over 1,000 local area residents. Services ranging from hair cuts, mending, vision and hearing screening and many more. It was such a joy to see kids and families proudly come up to get their portrait taken. They were just in awe and many of them had never had a family photo before so it was so fun to see how happy they were to get a pic of them and their children. I am so excited that Help Portrait partnered with this project and I can’t wait to volunteer with more of them! My heart is so near and dear to the candid photos of the kids. Ah, I just love these kids! The most beautiful part about this for me is that it is local. These are the people in our community who are hurting and poor and needy and that’s where my heart is at! My globe is Judea and what a blessing to be a part of this! So much work went into organizing so thank you to everyone who did so much prep work for this event! Senior Year + Best Friends Forever
Had a great time taking pics of Anna and her best buddy Meghan. They were an absolute riot! We rocked out some old cars and chairs and climbed around outside and then took things in the studio and got super goofy. Had a great time with you girls!
