Emily and Blair had a gorgeous fall day for their wedding on Lake Michigan. They had a tented reception on the bluff of Lake Michigan at the Lake Bluff Inn and it was stunning. Emily and Blair are definitely a fun loving and silly couple so they were so fun to work with and the bridal party followed suite. The dance floor was rockin and a good time was had by all. Chelsea and Gary had an amazing day for their wedding. They did a first look and it was fabulous. We had so much fun around the grounds of Mill Creek Barns getting photos of the happy couple and their enthusiastic and superfun bridal party. We got in all the photos just before it decided to rain. Their ceremony was held indoors and it looked so beautiful, cozy and quaint. This couple so sweet and I wish them a lifetime of happiness as their journey has just begun!

Amanda and Brad had a beautiful day for their wedding and rang in the first of September with a sparkle. The lush greens and purples were just perfect for their personalities. It was so fun being a part of their day and capturing the moments and emotions and they unfolded. We had a bit of rain, but nothing that held us back as the downtown riverfront offered a beautiful backdrop for their photos. I wish these two many years of happiness, laughs, tears and love. Steve and Tanya had the most gorgeous day for their wedding in the park. They are such a sweet, chill and laid back couple. They choose to do a first look on the same bridge where Steve proposed and it was amazingly sweet. I had so much fun with these two and I am so happy for them!

Ah, this little family is so adorable. We picked one of the VERY rare rainy days in MI to do their session and we just squeaked by! Emma was not feeling the rain drops that ended our session, and she was still adorable bawling. It was so fun photographing this family as I photographed Emily and Jason's wedding! It's so fun to watch families grow! Enjoy the photos.

Jenna and Chris' wedding was filled with such fun details! This was a destination wedding as neither one of their families are from the area at all! Their dog, Maverick, really stole the show with his tux and his handsome demeanor. He is such a great dog and so loving! He had a great time being the center of attention. Although the day was hot, Jenna and Chris made it a lovely one! Congratulations!

I had such a great time with Michele  and her family doing her portraits! Her mother had her all decked out like the poster model for Delia's. She had the cutest outfits - and I think we managed to get some cute smiles to match them.:)
