We've definitely been battling the heat here in Michigan this year - but it's not stopping some fabulous photo session from happening! This family is near and dear and amazingly sweet. Heather, the sister of a former bride, contacted me to do some family photos at their childhood lake home and I couldn't have been more delighted! Her father delivered me from the hospital - so my don't we all feel old these days? It was so great to see Margo and Jon again and to see how much these little munchkins have grown!

Claire is the sweetest little baby girl! She was bright eyed for the first part of our session just look around and staring at things. I think we tuckered her all out and she fell fast asleep toward the end. Congratulations Hayley and Chris on such a beautiful bundle of joy!

Alyssa was stunningly awesome for her senior session! We just beat the heat and got them finished up before the weather turned super hot and the result was pretty awesome.

Melissa and Chris had a lovely summer day for their wedding! They are such a fun loving and sweet couple, and it was obvious they enjoyed every second of their wedding day. We had a great time at the reception as we provided the photo booth - so there were definitely a lot of laughs! Congratulations you two! It was such a pleasure to be a part of your day!

Every year the curry family takes a little vacation on Lake Michigan and this year they wanted me to capture some of their memories along the lake shore. We definitely had a blast! It was pretty windy, but so beautiful out!

Elizabeth and Logan had such a beautiful afternoon for their wedding. Logan is in the service so they decided just a couple of months before the wedding that they actually wanted to get married so they could be together when he got relocated. It turned out so wonderful! Their ceremony was so relaxed and peaceful with only the nearest and dearest family and friends with a casual reception to follow. It was so great spending a little bit of time with these two to capture some moments from their day!

Well...I think pretty much everyone knows I am a dog lover to the MAX! The main reason I actually even got into photography was to take photos of this lil bugger right here.:) He is my baby boy, Kippy...now 6 and growing up way to fast! I would love to photograph your pet or you and your pet together. I know better than anyone that these lil guys become your children!

Samantha and Jeremy had a totally fabulous day for their wedding. A nice and sunny day in May.:) We were able to enjoy the nature and do some bridal party photos at spring grove park and then we headed over to Sunny Brooke for the reception. They are absolutely the sweetest couple and their son Mason is a total doll. He was so adorable in his too large tux.:) I hope that married life is going wonderful and they are enjoying every minute!
