Kylee is growing up so fast and also to be quite the little ham. She is absolutely adorable and just loves the dogs to pieces. We had such a great time playing tea party and she is finally starting to warm up to me. She gave me so many real laughs and smiles this time instead of looking at me like I was speaking a foreign language. It was a blast, as always!

Korrah is the cutest little girl and we had the best time doing her 9 month photos! Her mother made her an adorable tutu so she was the ultimate rockstar in her sneakers and bright poppin’ colors.

Especially love this! She’s checking the time telling me my time is up!

Kylee is quite possibly the cutest little girl I have ever seen. She was oh-so-serious for most of our session despite breaking out the Cherry Merry Muffin toys and her CD of favorite hits including “The Wheels on the Bus”. I had such a fun time with her. She has the cutest little personality. The funniest is when her mother set her on a rock to smile and pose and after sitting there for a minute she looks at me and says, “Done yet?”:) I think those were the only two words she said all morning!:) Hope you enjoy the pics! She’s such a beautiful little girl.

Godfrey Farm Generations

I was so honored when the Godfrey family approached me to take photos of their children and grandchildren on the family farm. The farm house is going to be moved back 70 feet from its original foundation onto a new foundation as the old one is crumbling. Jack & Maureen will continue to live on the farm. The renovations and addition to the existing home will allow more space for their ever expanding family. I had such a fun time with them and I hope I captured some photos that they will cherish and look to for years to come as they remember their childhood on the farm. It was fun to reminisce with the kids as they told stories of things that happened in their childhood. When Maureen first sat down with me and was describing the farm, I had a feeling I had taken photos of this farm before, so I went through my archives and sure enough, I had stopped along side of the road and taken photos of this farm last April! Apparently it was meant to be!!

Senior Year + Best Friends Forever

Had a great time taking pics of Anna and her best buddy Meghan. They were an absolute riot! We rocked out some old cars and chairs and climbed around outside and then took things in the studio and got super goofy. Had a great time with you girls!

Pretty in Pink

Although it was raining cats and dogs outside, these adorable little girls brought all the cheerfulness of spring in the studio with their adorable smiles, baby blue eyes and pink outfits. It was so much fun welcoming little baby McKendra to the mix.

Welcome to my new blog design and Happy Easter! I’m hoping with my new layout I will post pictures more often of every day life. I take so many photos as I enjoy it so much and many of them are never shared. For those of you who follow me on facebook, you see much more than what ever makes it to my website. I’m also looking forward to sharing some of my design work as well because when I’m not taking photos I am designing.:) For those of you who don’t know, these are my little kiddos, Kippy and Lilly.

I took this as I was thinking about the thorns on Jesus’ head when we was crucified. Thinking about the wounds and pain of mine he took upon himself. I’m so thankful for the hope I have in Christ. So thankful for the abundant life He offers. It’s not always easy, but once you walk in freedom it is so much better than before!

Hudson + One Year!

What a fun day in the studio with Hudson. He was a little tired when we got started and exhausted when we were finished, but after we broke out the toy trucks and got his mind off the camera his true colors came shining through. It was such a great time and he’s such a precious little boy!

Brinks Family Fun

What a wonderful time in the studio with the Brinks family! Paul and Marisa recently adopted two children from Haiti, Aidan and Samar. So along with Austin and Alyssa and their adorable golden doodle, Bella, we had a great time. Samar was pretty shy in front of the camera, but with the help of my old hello kitty radio she came out of her shell.:) Aidan was busy with all the hot wheels cars so we got his mind off of the camera lights. Alyssa is just a natural little model and her brother Austin is as cute as a button too!

What a fun, wonderful and memorable evening. I am so thankful and grateful for everyone who came together to help me for this event, and for those of you who support me, believe in me and stand by me and this adventure continues. God is so good and I am so blessed to have the opportunity to do something that I love to do and continue to discover my talents He’s given me.

Thank you so much to Sara Busfield for surprising me with these super fabulous cookies from Creative Events. Deb did a wonderful job. They taste just as yummy as they look!

Thank you so much to Dee Teasdale-Mitchell of Elements of Elegance for the amazing floral piece. Wow. It was so stunning with oranges in the vase. She was so kind and helpful in preparing for this event.
