They have such an obvious love between them so it was so much fun to just capture them being themselves with each other. I’m so excited for their wedding coming up this fall!

The farm house is going to be moved back 70 feet from its original foundation onto a new foundation as the old one is crumbling. Jack & Maureen will continue to live on the farm. The renovations and addition to the existing home will allow more space for their ever expanding family. I had such a fun time with them and I hope I captured some photos that they will cherish and look to for years to come as they remember their childhood on the farm. It was fun to reminisce with the kids as they told stories of things that happened in their childhood. When Maureen first sat down with me and was describing the farm, I had a feeling I had taken photos of this farm before, so I went through my archives and sure enough, I had stopped along side of the road and taken photos of this farm last April! Apparently it was meant to be!!

This couple is so adorable, laid back and cute! Ryan’s face must have hurt at the end of the day from smiling so much. He watched Stephanie with adoration the entire day. While in The Kirby he stood staring at her as she was talking with her friends and pulled his eyes away and said, “Look at me. I’m just mesmerized by her.” I had the most fun day following them around and capturing their day. Ryan proposed on the Grand Haven beach so we had some fun in the sand there as it ended up turning out to be a foggy day, and every little pink detail was in place for the reception at Porto Bello. I’m very happy for them to start their married lives together and can’t thank them enough for having me be part of their wedding day!

I think there were about 20 girls at her party and it was so much fun. From sidewalk chalk to a neighborhood scavenger hunt, I had my work cut out for me chasing them around! Renee’s Entertainment was there doing some awesome balloon animals, hats, balls and more. All of the gifts the girls brought were backpack items for Project Hope. It was such a fun party and I hope Emily had a blast with her friends! Kudos to mom for putting on such a great day.

I am so blessed to have both grandmother’s. I think they become more beautiful every single year. Of course my mother truly is my best friend though thick and thin and I am more thankful for her each year that passes. I know there are many more things she will teach me in my life time, but one of the biggest things she’s taught me is about time. I used to whine about not having enough time and she promptly set me straight and told me to never complain about not having enough time because we choose what we do with our time. I have been very careful ever since to choose wisely in whom and what I invest my time. Family became a huge priority for me after that conversation with her many years ago. It has helped me so much in managing my business. I do choose what I do with my time, and I so love and cherish the people with whom I spend it!
